Abstract
• We investigated the in vitro and in vivo pegylated liposomal doxorubicin interference on plasma creatinine determination. • The kinetic Jaffe methods showed PLD negative interference on creatinine measurement. • The plasma creatinine values decreased of 85% ( n = 6) within two days after PLD infusion in patients.
