Abstract
All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: Open Conference submission management system: Manuscripts were send to the Conference email box at tic-heap2019@gmail.com. We invited during the Conference all the speakers to submit their talk to the Proceedings, and a special page was set up on the Conference site with all the details: https://indico.cern.ch/event/776520/page/15523-proceedingsThe papers were then dispatched to the reviewers according to their area of competency. • Number of submissions received: 40 • Number of submissions sent for review: 40 • Number of submissions accepted: 34 • Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 34/40 • Average number of reviews per paper: 2 • Total number of reviewers involved: 4 Any additional info on review process: The review process was a bit light because the papers accepted to be presented at the Conference were already pre-selected. Furthermore, all the papers presented by a PhD student either had his adviser as co-author or we had the acquiescence of the adviser for the work to be presented as a talk or a poster. • Contact person for queries (please include: name, affiliation, institutional email address) Prof. Noureddine Mebarki(Chief Editor of the Proceedings)Physics DepartmentMentouri University Constantine1Constantine, 25000Algeria
