Abstract
目的 介绍儿童急性肺损伤共识会议(Pediatric Acute Lung Injury Consensus Conference，PALICC)的最终推荐意见。 设计 儿童急性肺损伤专家共识会议 方法 27名专家于2年内多次会谈以制定儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征(pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome，PARDS)的分类方法及关于治疗和研究优先顺序的推荐意见。若缺乏研究数据，则采用改良Delphi方法强调推荐度较高的专家共识。 结果 针对下述PARDS主题，PALICC专家共提出151条推荐意见并进行投票：(1)定义，发病率及流行病学；(2)并发症及严重性；(3)机械通气；(4)肺部特殊辅助治疗；(5)肺外治疗；(6)监护；(7)无创通气及生命支持；(8)体外生命支持；(9)病情及长期预后。其中132条为高度共识，另19条为普通共识。最终版本无反对或中立意见。 结论 共识会议发布了PARDS的定义及本病治疗和远期研究优先顺序的推荐意见，旨在优化并规范PARDS患儿诊治，并确定有待进一步研究的领域。
