Abstract

The pedal medial arterial calcification (pMAC) score is associated with lack of hemodynamic improvement and major amputation despite technically successful infrainguinal revascularization for CLTI. We hypothesize that after transmetatarsal amputation (TMA) for limb salvage, severe pedal calcification burden is associated with progression to major amputation.
