Abstract

This article discusses the problem of increased anxiety in children and options for pedagogical work with them. Anxiety, being the personal basis for the systematic reactions of a child with emotional and physiological stress to family and school situations, can cause the formation of various psychosomatic diseases, therefore, the prevention of anxiety reactions, the creation of a comfortable learning and personal development environment are also a means of preventing diseases and preserving the health of the nation. The author examines the possible causes of increased anxiety in children and gives specific recommendations for teachers and parents on how to support a child in difficult situations and stabilize his or her emotional state.
