Abstract

This research aimed to identify the experiences, coping mechanisms, and insights of nine Apayao State College pre-service teachers during their internship. The study used purposive convenience sampling and in-depth interviews with nine graduates. The results showed that pre-service teachers faced challenges, managed them through coping mechanisms, and shared their insights about their pedagogical journey. The study recommends workshops, proper orientation, and regular conferences for learning development, emphasizing the importance of sharing experiences and fostering professional growth among pre-service teachers.
