PEDAGOGICAL HERITAGE OF ANTON MAKARENKO IN THE CONTENT OF TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article reveals the important professional aspects of using the pedagogical heritage of Anton Makarenko in designing the content of the training of teachers of out-of-school education institutions for professional activity. The author singled out the requirements for the design of the content of master's training in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences under the educational and professional program "Out-of-School Education". The content of master's training is proposed to be built according to the modular system of education, the advantages of the modular system, effective for the training of teachers of out-of-school education institutions in the master's degree, are indicated.
 The basic requirements for the structuring of the content of the training of teachers of out-of-school education institutions in the conditions of the master’s degree are highlighted: systematicity, continuity, mutual subordination, a holistic representation and perception of the entire volume of information from the module of the academic discipline, the possibility of choosing an individual educational trajectory and mastering the content of professional education, updating this content, technology educational process, ensuring productive and creative thinking, development of master's students' skills of reflective culture, activity approach.
