Abstract

The author carried out a definitive analysis of the game in the development of the main cultural forms of humanity, analyzed the fruitful opinions of outstanding teachers, psychologists and thinkers about the game as a method of learning and upbringing, researched the types and classification of musical games, proved that musical and game activity has a powerful effect on various subsystems of the personality of the younger schoolboy: emotional-sensual sphere, formation of musical culture, moral-aesthetic feelings, value orientations, develops creative abilities, general creativity, thinking and behavior of the student. The article analyzes the pedagogical conditions of the artistic training of teachers of the new formation, able to work in innovative socio-cultural conditions, ready to organize musical and game activities with primary school students, successfully implementing modern educational paradigms of the concept of the New Ukrainian School. The necessity of improving the artistic and pedagogical training of the teacher in the conditions of reforming the system of professional education, strengthening its cultural orientation, which is carried out under the implementation of pedagogical conditions, which provide for the theoretical and practical stages of the formation of the teacher's readiness to organize musical and game activities with younger schoolchildren in today's conditions, is substantiated. Prospective directions of innovative training of teachers of the National Academy of Arts and Sciences for the organization of music and games using author's game techniques, multimedia technologies, the Internet, graphics, video images, music and games projects, etc. are proposed.
