Abstract

Relevance. The significant deterioration of thepreschool children’s health is one of the mostimportant problems in modern society.Scientific studies have shown that preschoolchildren suffer from a "motor deficit",immobility, and as a result, the number ofmovements, which they perform during theday is below the age norm. The developmentof preschool children’s body functionalreserves is largely determined by the level oftheir motor activity, including in organizedforms at preschool educational institutions(PEI).Purpose of the research: is to substantiatetheoretically and investigate theimplementation of pedagogical conditions thatensure the optimization of elder preschoolchildren’s motor activity in the institution ofpreschool education.Methods: analysis of data from literature andInternet sources on the problem of research,pedagogical experiment, pedometry,chronometry, observation, methods ofmathematical statistics.Results. At the observational stage of thestudy, the general level of elder preschoolchildren’s motor activity was determined. It isdetermined that in CG and EG the indicatorsare almost the same. At the formative stage ofthe research the system of work on realizationof pedagogical conditions of optimization ofmotor activity of children of senior preschoolage is developed at PEI. At the formative stageof the research the system of work onrealization of pedagogical conditions ofoptimization of senior preschool children’smotor activity in the institution of preschooleducation was developed. At the control stageof the study, the effectiveness of the proposedsystem of work was tested and the generallevel of motor activity of older preschoolchildren was identified. Conclusions. Comparative analysis of theresults at the observational and control stagesof the study shows that the dynamics of olderpreschool children’s motor activity’sindicators after the implementation of thesystem of work are positive. The proposedsystem of work, which was implemented intoeducational process of experimental group hada positive effect on all three indicators of motoractivity (number of locomotion, duration,intensity).
