Abstract

The aim of the study was to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for increasing the psychological well-being of future sports teachers using the sports culture of China. In total, 27 students of the direction 49.03.01 – Physical Culture of the Ural Federal University took part in the study. K. Rieff's method was used to assess the level of psychological well-being. At the first stage of the experimental work, we developed a course “Fundamentals of Chinese Sports Culture,” which included 3 modules. To conduct the experimental study, pedagogical conditions were developed aimed at increasing the well-being of future sports teachers, which were clarified during the experiment. The results of the experimental work showed interest in the new course and readiness to master the means of Chinese sports culture; the classes contributed to an increase in the level of psychological well-being.
