Abstract
The aim of this work was to identify the problems of training of items without apparatus of women athletes involved in rhythmic gymnastics at the stage of initial training. Conducted a survey of coaches on this problem, evaluation of the implementation of elements without apparatus. The main ways to improve the learning process for items without apparatus for athletes who are engaged in artistic gymnastics at the stage of initial training by the analysis of scientific-methodical literature and a survey of coaches who work at this stage of preparation. Possibilities of improvement of a technique of elements without apparatus with the assimilation of rational rhythm of their execution.

У роботі зі спортсменками на етапі початкової підготовки першочерговим за вданням є навчити раціональної техніки виконан ня елементів без предмета. Тому виникає питання удосконалення методики навчання гімнасток елементам на етапі початкової підготовки. Є багато праць, присвячених питанню розвитку координаційних здатностей гімнасток, проте пи тання удосконалення ритму виконання ними еле ментів на етапі початкової підготовки розглянуто частково.
