Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of program-targeted management of harmonious development of enterprises under the European integration conditions. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of program-targeted management of the harmonious development of enterprises and to develop recommendations for its improvement under the European integration conditions. Methodological and informational basis of the research are scientific works, materials of periodicals, Internet resources. The methods of the research were retrospective analysis, a method of theoretical generalization to form their own approach to understanding key concepts in the field of programmatic and targeted management of harmonious development of enterprises. Theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of program-based management of harmonious development of enterprises are investigated. The ways of improving the programmatic and targeted management of the harmonious development of Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of European integration are analyzed. Creating a stable system of programmatic and targeted management of harmonious development in the conditions of modern market relations will allow to solve effectively a number of tasks aimed at increasing the level of adaptability of the enterprise and its management. It is suggested to use the block diagram of program-targeted management of harmonious development of the enterprise. The proposed algorithm differs from others in that it allows to concentrate managers' efforts on development and use of perspective achievements of scientific and technological progress in a timely manner, which will contribute to harmonious innovative development of enterprises, creation of conditions for long-term efficiency of their activity.
