The article deals with the peculiarities of scientific style in chemical texts. Brief framework of scientific style is given. The main features of scientific chemical texts are defined. The structure of scientific texts, its syntax and grammar structures, usage of terms and formulas, logical sequence, accurate information, real data, cause-and-effect relationship and perceptions are outlined
