Abstract
The paper presents data on the feasibility of application and psychological effectiveness
 rehabilitation of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Based on the selected types of family relationships, the level of anxiety and neuroticism of patients and their mothers, an algorithm is proposed
 psychocorrection and the degree of compensation of diabetes mellitus in the dynamics of observation due to
 6 and 12 months. It is proved that the application of the Psycho-educational program of problem-targeted education of patients in combination with differentiated psychotherapy significantly improves glycemic
 control and general course of type 1 diabetes mellitus in school-age children.
