Abstract

The special forms of activity of agricultural service cooperatives in the village have been defined and analyzed. It has been established that the agricultural service cooperative was one of the most common forms of business activity in the countryside. The development of the cooperative movement, in particular, in the housing and municipal sphere, is an important component of the transformation in agriculture. The main advantages of creating cooperatives for providing services in the housing and municipal economy were outlined, the main problems arising in the process of their organization were investigated. The measures of state support that would increase the number of service cooperatives and develop the system of cooperation were identified.
