Harnessing the potential health benefits associated with BSH activity necessitates a meticulous identification strategy. In response, this study introduces a sophisticated PCR-based technique tailored for the rapid and precise discrimination of lactobacilli strains boasting BSH enzymatic prowess. This PCR-based approach offers a valuable tool for researchers and industry professionals involved in the selection and characterization of probiotic strains with bile salt hydrolase activity.
