Abstract

In this paper, the 2D-Kuramoto model with many-body interactions is studied. The study found that a certain oscillator will generate a spiral spin wave centered on itself after a natural frequency mutation occurs. The interaction of spiral spin waves produced by multiple such oscillators will produce a new waveform. In order to analyze the cause of this spiral spin wave, we constructed a minimal model. In this minimal model, the nature of the fixed point is analyzed, and the saddle-node bifurcation will occur in the system. We describe the process of this saddle-node bifurcation in detail. Finally, it is concluded that the many-body interactions promote the generation of spiral spin waves.
