Abstract

Objective To analyze pathological types of 200 renal biopsies in Huairou Hospital. Methods The reports of 200 percutaneous renal biopsies performed form January 2014 to May 2018 were respectively analysis. Results The ratio of male to female was 113∶87. The mean age of patients was(52.13±15.45)years. The patients of 41~59 years accounted for 39%. The elderly patients(≥60 years) accounted for 36.5%. The patients of 18~40 years accounted for 24.5%. The most frequent renal disease was primary glomerular nephropathy(81.5%), followed by secondly glomerular nephropathy(16.5%) and tubulointerstitial disease(2%). In the primary glomerular nephropathy, menbranous nephropathy was the most common type, followed by IgA nephropathy, minimal change disease. In secondary glomerular nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy was the most common type, followed by lupus nephritis and Henoch-Sch ? ? nlein nephritis(HSN). Menbranous nephropathy was the most frequent renal disease in the elder patients(≥60 years), and followed by IgA nephropathy in the age of 18~40 years. Conclusion The most frequent renal disease was primary glomerular nephropathy in Huairou Hospital. The patients of 41~59 years were the highest proportions of renal disease in adult. The menbranous nephropathy was the most common type in primary glomerular nephropathy and showed increased proportion of young patients. Diabetic nephropathy was the most common type in secondary glomerular nephropathy. Key words: Renal pathology; Pathological category; Membranous nephropathy; Retrospective analysis
