Abstract

Objective To explore and discuss the pathologic correlation factors of early gastric cancer lymph node metastasis, and predict lymph node metastasis of early risk. Methods 168 cases of gastric cancer were chosen in our research, all cases were complete resection specimen from the operation specimens, specimen confirmed by pathology cancer organizations were limited to mucosa and the submucosa, detection of early stomach cancer patients pathologic characteristics, the results were studied with statistics analysis. Results Through the analysis to 168 cases with early gastric cancer,28 cases with lymph node metastasis were found, lymph node metastasis rate was 16.7%.Early stomach lymph node metastasis of single factor analysis showed, according to size, infiltration depth, lesions differentiated vascular infringement and for influence factors of lymph node metastasis early cancer of the stomach, contrasting results had statistical significant differences,P<0.05.With multivariate factors analysis, the size, infiltration depth, lesions differentiated vascular infringed were early gastric cancer lymph node metastasis' independent risk factors. Conclusions Tumor lesion size, infiltration depth, differentiation degree and influencing vascular infringe were all early gastric cancer lymph node metastasis' independent risk factors, which can be used as independent risk predictors for early gastric cancer lymph node metastasis. Key words: Early gastric cancer; Lymph node; Metastasis
