Abstract

Introduction. Pelvic inflammatory diseases occupy the first place among other nosology in gynecology and are the cause of many disorders of the reproductive function of women, the most important are infertility and miscarriage. An important role in the pathogenesis of chronic inflammation plays an immune system, so appointment of immunocorrective therapy is necessary.Aim. To increase the effectiveness of treatment with the additional use of immunocorrective prolonged therapy with flavonoid glycosides.Materials and methods. A clinical and laboratory examination of 100 women of reproductive age with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases (study group) and 20 healthy women were the control group. Methods – bacterioscopic, bacteriological, immunofluorescence, enzyme immunoassay, statistical.Research results. Chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases lead to in 90% of the association of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, found only 10% conditionally opportunistic microorganisms. The main group is divided into two subgroups. Womens of first subgroup for immunocorrective therapy using drugs, comprised of flavonoid glycosides (in this case applied solution proteflazid) within one month to the basic antibiotic therapy, during it and after three months. In the second subgroup applied standard antibiotic and immune correcting therapy. In womens the first subgroup absence of pathogenic organisms was observed in 42 cases (84% ± 4,59), a second subgroup in 20 womens (40% ± 6,17) (p<0,05) after three months.Conclusions. Use immunocorrective therapy with flavonoid glycosides to lead to normalization state and absence of pathogenic organisms in 84 %.
