Abstract
Dandruff is a common scalp disease.Its pathogenesis is mainly related to the infection with Malassezia and local immune response,The oleie acid produced and inflammatory eytokines stimulated by Malassezia can induce the destroying of keratinoeytes (KC) adhesion and accnnlulation of KC,In addition,there are many physicochemical factors,mental factom and seasonal changes causing and aggravating dandruff.Further insight into these factors will contribute to the prevention and treatment of dandruff.
