Abstract

In dance academies, a young dancer’s farewell is marked by a final recital, which represents the end of his training period and shows that he is ready to begin his professional career. In my case, this farewell has an entirely different meaning: it is the last stop on a long journey of experience and represents an opportunity for me to acknowledge the cultural path that I have followed over the course of the last fifty years.
