Abstract
This book on partial breast reconstruction touches on numerous timely and controversial issues. As soon as I started reading this book I had a hard time putting it down. The book has 41 contributing authors from various specialities, but has been shaped into a very consistent and easy to read text by the editorial team. The 572 pages are divided into 5 parts and 31 chapters. The parts divide the book into: evolution of oncoplastic surgery; principles and considerations of oncoplastic breast conservation; immediate partial breast reconstruction; correction of the breast-conserving therapy deformity: delayed partial breast reconstruction; and outcomes and future directions.
