Abstract

In continuation of the previous two reports describing the ultrastructure of metastatic nodules of human breast cancer which respond favorably to varied hormonal therapy, this report is confirmative and supplementary to the previous two presentations. Specimen preparation was as reported for the earlier reports with the exception that section contrasting was accomplished with combinations of uranyl acetate and lead citrate rather than lead hydroxide. Markers for all micrographs equal 0.25 µ.
