Abstract
When a Burmester point is on the inflection circle, five infinitesimaly separated positions of the point fall on a straight line. The formulation and set of charts in this Part derive from the situation where the Ball point not only coincides with a Burmester point, but the combination occurs, in addition, at the inflection pole. Some well proportioned mechanisms are to be found on these charts in each of the three alternate groups.
