At Dec 31 2005, Co.'s subsidiary banks operated 126 financial service offices and a network of 137 automated teller machines. These financial service offices cover 29 Ohio counties including Ashland, Athens, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Coshocton, Crawford, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hocking, Holmes, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Morrow, Muskingum, Perry, Richland and Tuscarawas. As of Dec 31 2005, Co. had total assets of $5.44 billion.
