Abstract
The second half of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century witnessed a great design development as a result of the modern technological revolution and the many and varied developments and achievements it presented to human thought, which requires new methods of design thinking. Therefore, some new design and intellectual terms and trends emerged as a result of the rapid technological progress based on the employment of digital technology and design software. As a result of this development, new intellectual trends in design emerged in order to keep pace with the development taking place, beginning with deconstruction based on high technology, reaching parametricism and the resulting intellectual and design trends. Therefore, the term parametric design is considered in design, or as it is known as parametric design among architects and designers, as it represents a set of design provisions and meanings that have an aesthetic feature. This design is also considered a unique style that combines knowledge in sculpture, architecture and interior design. Accordingly, the problem of the research study was formulated with the following question: What are the visual dimensions of an aesthetic feature resulting from the application of parametric design in contemporary interior spaces? While the research study contributes to being a new design knowledge addition of a detailed nature so that it sheds light on one of the most important trends (parametric) by knowing its visual dimensions of aesthetic character and its effective role in the designs of contemporary interior spaces. While the current research aims to reveal the visual dimensions of the aesthetic feature resulting from the application of parametric design in contemporary interior spaces, The research study also included the axes of the theoretical framework as well as the research procedures represented in the research methodology based on the descriptive analytical approach (case study). Finally, the research study included extracting the most important results, conclusions, recommendations and future proposals
