Abstract

The process of self-organization of machined surfaces during combined burnishing of workpiece holes made of Д1Т aluminum alloy with a tool with a regular microgeometry of the working surface using a metal-cladding lubricant is studied. This treatment provides the wear-free Garkunov—Kragelsky effect during friction.
