Abstract

The knowledge and information infrastructure, especially its health and security protection being not negotiated, can be related for national development, and evidenced in traditional Chinese shuyuans being as knowledge centers. To evolve contemporary knowledge economy, holistic, inclusive, information interactions are getting more importance. Plural (dual) surveillance which is rooted in biologic senses, e.g., from two-eyes, can have the feature of fault-tolerance, availability and maintainability in monitoring tasks. It can fit the contemporary wireless communication methods being incorporated with MIMO (multi-in multi-out), to prevent information loss, interference, unexpected changes caused by such as clogged water. Network prototypes, including SW (spider-web) and CCC (cube-connected cycle) networks, are proactively suggested for evolving information based development. Furthermore, the mutually independent Hamiltonian Path (MIHP) property of SW can be used for parallel analyzing interference and supporting cypher coding to offer privacy. Similarly, other networks, such as the Honeycomb tori, can offer an alternative pattern.
