Abstract

Complex aortic aneurysms such as juxtarenal, pararenal, and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms are a challenge to treat with open repair in patients with significant comorbidities. Limited access to fenestrated devices through clinical trials has led to alternative endovascular approaches such as parallel stenting. The objective of this study was to compare the outcomes of these techniques when performed in an emergent vs nonemergent setting.
