Abstract

Parallel import can be defined as importing goods through parallel means. Imported goods are genuine and original but importing mean is not authorized one. This piece of research analyzes the current copyright law of Pakistan to find out that whether parallel imported goods are legally allowed in Pakistan or not? It also throws some light on internationally adopted laws for this matter. Furthermore, it will give some important recommendation according to the finding based on this analysis.
