Abstract

The paper is suggested a new theoretical method of calculating of chaotic and deterministic modes of an optical microwave modulator to optimize manufacturing of the noise modules of the radar systems. An optical microwave modulator is important part of a noise module of an active phased-array antenna which is significant part of a radar system. The parameters of functional modes of oscillating system of injection semiconductor laser are investigated. Calculating of the deterministic and chaotic modes produces the large data volumes. So, parallel computing increases speed of calculating with the same meaning of accuracy of calculations. Also it leads to reducing of the time and expenses of manufacturing of the optical microwave modulators as an active part of AFAR.
