Abstract
AbstractA palladium‐catalyzed dehydrogenative cross‐coupling reactions between silanes and oxygen‐containing functional groups (water, alcohols, phenols) to generate the corresponding silanols, monosilane ethers, and disilane ethers directly in moderate to high yields. This strategy does not rely on any additional oxidizing agents or proton reductants. The possible mechanisms for this transformation are also proposed.
