Abstract
This paper is mainly about negotiating strategy and its agenda on the Palestinian side, focusing mainly on diagnosing problems facing negotiating strategy. Based on those problems and the status of negotiation this paper suggests that negotiating strategy should rely on the available survival and transitional strategies such as residency right, legal and social entitlements, this along with the long term claims such as life chances and options for repatriation.
