Abstract

Perturbations in cortical Glutamate (Glu) are common in psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia and depression. Mapping Glu concentration across functional networks and correlating these values with clinical symptoms could help elucidate patterns of network-specific hyper- and hypo-excitability in psychiatric disease states.
