Abstract

Cystic Fibrosis Diabetes (CFRD) is the most common complication affecting approx. 40–50% of adults with cystic fibrosis (CF). Physical activity (PA) and exercise are recommended for the management of CF and can also benefit the management of blood glucose levels (BGL). Physiotherapists (PT) routinely counsel patients with CFRD about taking regular PA and supervise exercise sessions.
