Abstract
Bacteria has been a pain spot in TFT‐LCD manufacturing industry, which leads to a heavy loss of product quality. This work focus on the bacterial contamination in Array photo line and firstly propose the means of accurately locking the contaminated unit and the improvement of equipment, achieving a 60% reduction in bacterial contamination.
