Abstract
In order to solve the problem in quick drop of luminance on the initial stage of AMOLED lifetime test, from experiment results, the quick drop of luminance is caused by TFT Vth shift. Present actions include the TFT device stability improvement and aging the TFT device before lifetime test to stable state which can increase the panel lifetime.
