Abstract
AbstractA visualization tool was developed that demonstrated the effect of laser eye protection (LEP) on the appearance of cockpit displays. Bit map images were manipulated in OptisWorks™ as filters for a light source with the spectral properties of a three phosphor display. LEP were created from real transmission spectra and interposed in the light path.
