Abstract
In this study, we developed a method for measuring and evaluating the surface of Nano thin films used for displays. In this device, the contact angle of the surface is measured by dividing the entire area within 10″ by the desired ratio, and the Nano thin film state of the surface is verified by obtaining surface energy at high speed.
