Abstract
For the purpose of substituting transparent conducting Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin films for ITO transparent electrodes, new preparation techniques using high-rate direct current magnetron sputtering depositions incorporating radio frequency power and carried out with or without H2 gas introduction were developed to produce moisture-resistant and low resistivity AZO thin films.
