Abstract
Mental health is formed in childhood, which is promoted by a style of upbringing. Which in turn implies both methods and principles, as well as theoretical background of upbringing. When the caregiver tries to manipulate the child, and does not teach him independence, it puts psychological pressure on the child. He is in a passive condition that causes retardation of psychosexual development and as a result of this sexual disorder like erectile dysfunction may be developed. In this case is presented the person's history, who grew up by authoritarian family. A 29 years old man has visited to clinical sexologist at the department of sexual medicine of V.Iverieli endocrinilogy, metabology and ditology center "ENMEDIC". Patient had psychological problems linked to authoritarian and oppressive attitude from his parents during the childehood. At the first stage, the patient´s history was discussed with a clinical sexologist and psychological team after childhood trauma had been recorded. As a result of above-mentioned childehood traums patient started his sexual life very late (age of 23). First attempt of sexual intercourse was unsuccessful. Erectile dysfunction and decreased libido was diagnosed as well as depression and high situational and personal anxiety. Patient started complex and step by step treatment by clinical sexologist and psychiatrist.
