Abstract
This paper reviews a series of experimental and theoretical research results on the influence of existing pore water on the static and dynamic properties of concrete. This paper summarizes the current experimental research methods and conclusions, analyzes the influence mechanism of moisture content and loading speed on the elastic modulus and strength of concrete, and points out that the influence of pore water on concrete properties should be the result of the joint action of multiple factors.
