Abstract
The multi-motor system position synchronous control has been widely used in the manufacturing industry, and its control structure and control strategy have a great impact on the quality and efficiency of industrial production. Referring to a large amount of domestic and foreign research literature in recent years, this paper first gives an overall classification diagram of position synchronous control algorithms for the multi-motor system, then reviews seven typical control structures and analyses their synchronous performance of position synchronous control for the multi-motor system. Then, the comprehensive performance comparison of the six traditional PID control algorithms and modern control algorithms is summarized. After that, a multi-motor-integrated position synchronous control algorithm without combining position synchronous control structures is described. Finally, the main research difficulties of position synchronous control for the multi-motor system is reviewed from three aspects: jitter vibration suppression of position output, position synchronous control and motor quantity, and the relationship between position synchronous control and mechanical coupling. Finally, the future development trends in the position synchronous control for the multi-motor system are summarized and analysed.
