Abstract
Ovarian cysts are common and often benign in young women. In young women with cancer, evaluation of ovarian cysts is complicated by heighted concern for malignancy and lack of data on the natural history of cysts during cancer therapy. This study sought to describe the incidence and clinical significance of ovarian cysts in young women undergoing chemotherapy.
