Abstract
Donor sperm is commercially available in unwashed (ICI) and prewashed (IUI-ready) preparations. There is limited data regarding the efficacy of on site processed ICI versus IUI-ready samples when used for intrauterine inseminations. Our hypothesis was that IUI-ready donor specimens provide a higher total motile sperm count (TMSC) at the time of IUI and a higher subsequent pregnancy rate.
