Abstract
Vein patch angioplasty has been shown to have great efficacy in treating bypass stenosis. The femoral vein may offer an alternative option for patch material in patients lacking other autogenous conduit and also offers ease of access to the vein in the operative field. The objective is to compare femoral vein to superficial vein for patching infrainguinal bypasses.
