The Electric segment includes the production, transmission, distribution and sale of electric energy in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota under the name Otter Tail Power Co. The Plastics segment consists of businesses producing polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene pipe. The Manufacturing segment consists of businesses producing waterfront equipment, wind towers, automotive frame‐straightening equipment and fabricated steel products and providing contract machining, and metal parts stamping and fabrication. Health Services segment consists of businesses involved in the sale of diagnostic medical equipment and patient monitoring equipment.
