Abstract

Osteonecrosis of the jaw is a rare but severe condition manifested as necrotic bone lesion, it has been linked to the use of potent antiresorptive agents and antiangiogenic medication, in the absence of prior radiation treatment. Staging the pathology once installed, helps us to continue with the protocol guide and is essential to be able to apply the indicated therapy in each case.
