Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main contributor, especially for the developing countries’ economic growth. Though, SMEs have been fierce to uphold their performance in a profound competitive circumstance. Thus, the objective of this study is to examine the impact of tourism SMEs’ entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on firms’ performance. This research is a systematic study (Systematic Literature Review) using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) method. It explores about the entrepreneurial orientation and performance. The conclusion shows that an entrepreneurial orientation relates to firm performance.
